Oakland Baptist Student Ministry is a place for all students, grades 7th-12th. Here at Oakland Baptist Church, we recognize that every student has a story. The amazing truth of the Gospel is that no matter what your life's story is, Jesus has come to redeem it and give it another ending. This journey is not meant to be taken alone. We would love to be a part of your story to encourage, challenge, and love you along the way.
Get ready for one of the most unforgettable weekends of the year! DNOW is a dynamic weekend event where middle and high school students will stay in host homes with their friends and a dedicated group leader. From Friday evening, January16th, through Sunday morning, January 18th, students will engage in:
- Joint worship sessions with other church youth groups.
- Stay in host homes, building deeper relationships.
- Opportunities to build lasting friendships.
- Delicious meals, powerful worship, and meaningful fellowship to help students grow spiritually and create memories that will last a lifetime.
This weekend is all about focusing on the Lord. We ask that students come ready to grow in their faith and support one another in seeking God.
